This apartment is set within the hillsides of Peyia with wonderful views of the Paphos coastline, Peyia and surrounding local areas.  Mallards is in a lovely complex with large communal pool and mini gym and is a mix of residential and holiday guests, but is always a peaceful place to live.  The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need and has its own private patio area with shingled and planted communal area outside, with the scenery of the coastline beyond, so its a great area for sitting watching the sunsets from.  Although the complex is in the hillsides, it is only a couple of minutes drive to Peyia village, or 10 minutes for those who enjoy a good walk.  There is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen as you walk in the front door, with the bathroom and good size bedroom off to the right.  Mallards is a ground floor apartment and is ideal for either a couple coming to Cyprus for the first time, or just for someone looking for a lovely one bed. The communal pool and planted areas are all included within the monthly rent.
