Greggs is set within the hillsides of Peyia and offers you some fantastic views of the coastline of Paphos.  This is set within a cul-de-sac of residential villas and is on the end, so there are only hills to 2 sides of the villa, so is a very peaceful place to live, other than the odd sound of goat bells, you wont hear much else.  There is an open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen here, with a shower room and bedroom downstairs.  Both the lounge and bedroom have patio doors leading out to the private pool and mature enclosed gardens.  Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms and bathroom which also have patio doors leading out to a large upper balcony seating area.  From here you can enjoy the wonderful views and watch the sunsets in the evenings.  The rental price here includes regular pool cleaning to EU standards throughout the year and garden maintenance.
