This lovely 2 bed end townhouse offers plenty of space for a couple or family. As you walk into Bill Will, there is a toilet to your left and kitchen to your right, then straight ahead, down a couple of steps is the open plan lounge, dining area. The kitchen is compact, although is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and everything else you need and the lounge/dining area is fairly wide, so there is enough space to add your own furniture if you so choose. The patio doors then lead out to a courtyard garden with mature shrubs around and patio seating and table for 4. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, being a twin room and master bedroom, which are also both ensuite. The master bedroom also has a small balcony area with some sea views and there are shutters to most windows/patio doors to keep the house cooler. Set on a very well maintained, small, quiet complex with a mix of residential and holiday guests, near to Peyia village.
