Villa Stavroulla is a truly lovely, individual and spacious 4 bedroomed villa which has been tastefully designed to maximise space, comfort and light. Set in a very quiet part of Peyia Village, Stavroulla offers holidaymakers a very peaceful location yet easy access to the amenities of both the village and Coral Bay resort: either being only minutes drive away. The villa is welcoming and attractive: from the entrance area leading into the open plan kitchen/dining area and upstairs lounge, to the larger ground floor lounge/TV room, the villa offers everything one could look for in a holiday home. The bedrooms are spacious and offer good views of the vines and coastline behind the villa. With one master ensuite, one twin bedroom ensuite and a family bathroom plus the addition of a utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer , Stavroulla provides the space and facilities for a large family or group of friends to enjoy their holiday in comfort and style!The poolside area has the welcome addition of a covered bar/kitchen area and covered seating area plus a number of sunbathing/relaxation areas too. With a poolside shower and WC, the holidaymaker has everything to hand to make for a relaxing holiday in a very unusual and attractive villa.
