We are lucky to work for great villa and apartment owners, who care as much about their guests as we do. This means that we are able to offer a wide choice of properties at excellent value for money – in fact, there is something for everyone to choose from!

Villas:
The villas in Peyia are, in effect, home from home. Decorated beautifully and equipped to a very high standard, they are just what a large family or group of friends may be seeking. Some have private pools; all have great character, space and offer a big welcome.

Apartments:
Peyia is very lucky to have a very high quality of privately owned apartments which are not only lovely in their right but which are built on tastefully designed complexes with private pools, (some with gyms), lovely gardens and fantastic views. Plus, apartments are excellent value, bridging the gap between hotel living and privacy: you have your own lovely space but people around you when and if you choose to share with them!

Whats included:
We meet and greet all our guests as they arrive in Peyia. Prior to arrival, we'll assist with taxi transport or car hire choice, then organise with you an easy meeting point , from which we take you to your chosen villa or apartment. Don't worry about the time of arrival – we'll be there with a smile to meet you and make you welcome!

Optional extras:
Although all villas and apartments have washing machines, some guests prefer to have a mid week clean and linen change, which we can offer for a small charge. Just ask when you are booking. Equally, if you want us to get some shopping in for you , we're happy to do that and offer a choice on our website. Don't worry though, the famous "Phillipos supermarket" is really, Open all Hours!!
