Its raining, its pouring......

The very hot weather finally broke yesterday and we've had a night of heavy rain and wind. This morning, Peyia felt fresh, alive - and sunny again!
We cannot believe just how good the weather has been for the past few weeks - which is made even more unbelievable by just how bad the weather in the UK has been. It feels wrong enjoying sitting outside with a coffee when those in the UK are freezing sitting INSIDE with a coffee!!

Anyway, our winter has finally arrived and temperatures will drop to 12 degrees daytime and lower at night -though the cheeky sun will still nip out for a few hours every day taking us into the 20s for a mid day "warm up'.

Its also pleasing how very many people have decided to come and live in Cyprus. I've been viewing some lovely properties in Peyia such as Lily May, Bay View apartment, Loumar, Caliteri and more - and there is much interest. Course, if they go on longterm rentals, that means the holiday makers will be disappointed for short term rentals so we'll just have to keep finding lovely villas and apartments to offer to you! Its a tough job but someone has to do it- and there are some beautiful properties to choose from!

Here comes the rain again! Must get outside and enjoy it!!
