The morning after the day before the day before....

Oh dear! Its New Year and Yoga with Vanessa has started again in the dance studio above Spyros supermarket in the village of Peyia. Its a great way to get fit - apparently - and 5 of us have been following Vanessa (or trying to) for 7 months. I'd just forgotten how very painful it is when you've had a few weeks off!!

Anyway, Monday night is over. Its Tuesday, I've managed to walk and do one checkin to an apartment in Peyia but now need to lie down. Tomorrow is Epiphany , so we've all got a day off but Thursday morning sees class 2 for the 2010 Yoga ......

Hmmmm. Call me psychic but I may have to miss Thursday. I've so many (real) holiday enquiries to get through, couldn't possibly miss an hour and a half of emailing, could I?

Then again, that would mean next Monday will hurt even more!! Will have to lie down and think about this very, very seriously!......
