Never in my life have I seen a sunset like the one over the village of Peyia tonight. It was truly beautiful. The dogs and I had to go out onto the balcony to look at the colours, shapes, images and beauty of the spectacle: absolutely gorgeous!
Tony is in The Mill watching football with The Great Raymondodoulou, so will have missed the skies: the only Sky for him, being the one broadcasting the Big Match of the Moment!
Miraculously, The Great Raymondodoulou rang Tony "unexpectedly" today and invited him to the pub. I'd asked Tony earlier if he was going to the pub or if we could walk the dogs again on the beach. He said he had no plans but if Raymondodoulou rang, he's think about going.........
Yeah, right! They are like an old pair of football codgers: the match is on, the pub is open and one or the other, rings his mate and "influences" the decision for kickoff time. I reckon TGR is Tonys "football angel" - but I may just have to clip his wings and get my hubs back in time to walk under these lovely winter sunsets one of these days!
