Oh, it is so very exciting! Today, at 7pm, our local team Apop Kinyras Peyias, are playing Apoel, from Nicosia - who have been drawn in the same league as Chelsea in the Champions League - so its gonna be a good match!

The excitement and optimism in the village of Peyia, is running high. The old men at the Kafenes have played the game many times over, always with the outcome of Peyia winning! In our local tavernas, bars and shops, we're all chattering about the fact we're in with the big boys and ARE going to win!

The players too, are high on the event- we've talked to a few of them this week and they are well up for a win!
