To be or not to be a Marina.......

The burning question in the village of Peyia and the whole municipality, is WHEN will the work begin on the Marina? The answer is anyones guess! The plans are passed, monies in place (allegedly) and land has been cleared but the work hasn't begun just yet..........though one keen local developer has acquired and sold many plots of land on which he's adding a berth, so its really going to happen - perhaps!!

Villas Caliteri and Syros will, when the Marina is built, have the best views of the construction, in the area. The holidaymakers who love these villas and return to them or those who come for the first time, will be enthralled by the dancing lights on the waters and the incredible coastal view, which will take in the berths/chandlers and gently bobbing yachts. The balconies of these villas will most definitely be G n T places !

So, back to the beginning : when does the work start? When it starts. Pure and Simple!
