Christmas is coming.....

Oh, the Christmas lights went on in Peyia last night and the whole place looked wonderful! I forget how pretty the village looks, wearing its sparkly lights!

It seems so crazy looking forward to Christmas when the days are long and sunny, with temperatures up to 27 degrees. Guests who are spending winter here in villas in Peyia and Coral Bay, are thrilled with the heat. They visit our office from time to time, looking tanned and wearing holiday clothes, when we are wrapped up against the "chill" having been used to high 40's for so many months!

Shopping in the supermarkets is the funniest thing: Bing Crosby sings White Christmas as shorts clad men and bikini clad women, shop for festive delights! Great fun!!
