One of the great jobs we do here in Peyia, is to look after many, many properties owned by people who don't live here, so we act as their eyes and ears
Its a great honour to do this: we hold keys, check properties, check utilities and generally give the properties some TLC ready for the next people arriving.
We appreciate how hard it is to be away from Peyia, especially when you've got properties you love and want to have taken care of. We also know there are many companies here who say they are caring for them and don't - so finding someone to trust is hard.
We try so hard to make sure everything is kept well- and keep our office visible and open, so owners and their guests can check in anytime to ensure all is well.
Course, this means we also get to see lovely properties of all different shapes and sizes, which is wonderful!

Peyia has so much to offer: not least lovely apartments in Peyia, villas in Peyia, restaurants, tavernas and warm hearted people....
I cannot understand why more people aren't living here, can you?!
