Peyias heart

Lynn - 24/07/2011

On Friday evening, in The Mill, at the weekly quiz, I got talking to three lovely young ladies, who were on holiday in Peyia for the very first time. Two of them had come with the third lady, to cheer her up as she'd had her heart broken a few weeks ago.
These girls were lovely: even the saddest of the three, who is the most beautiful, tall and gentle girl, were singing the praises of this lovely old village. From bakery to supermarket, tavern to petrol station, they were telling me the people were friendly, kind and helpful - and Peyia was making them all feel better.

It is a lovely village. Closeknit where all the old families are concerned and with some very good expats now living here, the village is growing but retains its core values of holding life and people precious. There are always smiles at the ready for anyone who needs them!

Life can be tough - just look at the terrible loss of life in Norway a few days ago - and people need each other.
There is always room in someones heart, here in Peyia, to help anyone who wants some peace......
Come and see for yourself!
