Monkeys on a branch.......

Many years ago, in my past life when I was working in commercial radio with the most wonderful people, like the legendary Harry Dunne, one of our training sessions in sales was about how teams work together and each person is responsible for both the teams results and his/her own. I liked the visual of little monkeys, sitting side by side on a branch and wrapping their tails around each other for balance. If one wobbled and fell, they all did...

Its the same with our team here, dealing with villas and apartments in Coral Bay and Peyia. If eg the pool isn't cleaned properly or the cleaning isn't done properly, we all fail - so we keep trying harder to pull together coz we love our customers!

We feel like we've just joined another great team here in Peyia: we're moving offices on Michalaki Kyprianou, the main road into Peyia. We've taken the old bakery, near the new gym so we have more space, easier parking and more places to put plants and flowers (thats my bit). Since signing the lease and letting people know about the move, I'm so happy to hear the great feedback we are getting about our new landlords: all of our suppliers know them, like them and trust them - as do we.
