The Other Mr Bush!

We dined at Peyia Tavern last night and enjoyed a great evening with our friends, Bob and Carol, owners of the lovely apartment, Turtle Terrace in Peyia.
It was good fun. Carols soon to be 80 year Dad spent the night flirting with me and trying to make me drink wine - which is fairly easy as I love white wine (and its been a very long time since I've been flirted with, so it was good fun all round!).
Everyone other than me had a meze and ,as is the way with this food, there was far too much meat to eat. Telling them not to worry, I explained that "Mr Bush", the gorgeous big ginger cat who "owns"Peyia tavern and the surrounding restaurants, would eat it all anyway,
They thought I was joking.
As we opened the door to leave, Mr Bush was sitting waiting, napkin and cutlery in hand, ready to enjoy the spoils of the evening.
I dont understand why he isnt fat as butter - but , as we believe he spends his not eating times being "naughty" with the female felines, he's probably had to learn to run fast so they don't all gang up on him!
Probably needs his food to keep his energy levels high!
