Its so hard to believe that the UK is under so much snow, when Molly and I are writing this blog, sitting on the thinking step at our home in Peyia, looking out along the coast at the beautiful views - and feeling the hot sunshine on our skin!

November really is the most gorgeous month to be here - and with the holiday rental prices down to such a low rate, its amazing that more people don't come and spend winter here - or even just escape over Christmas.
