Christmas is coming to Peyia

One month to go till Christmas and the municipality men are hard at work putting up the decorations around the village of Peyia.
Yesterday, the pretty little Christmas Trees which edge the road through the centre of the village, were lit up. Street lights are being strung today and more decorations are being put into place

The village of Peyia is very pretty at Christmas. From our lovely apartments , such as Vals Place and Egaru, you can see the lights twinkling in the village centre. Villa Caliteri has great views of the whole of the area from Paphos to Sea Caves, so gets to view hundreds of lights across the bay.

From Villa Lily May, its only a couple of minutes walk to the start of the village Christmas lights - in all, Peyia gets into the spirit of the season and celebrates beyond Epiphany (6th January).

Weather is always sunny and warm - and we often have our Christmas lunch outdoors.
