Molly wakes up bright and early on a Sunday, barking at the 6am village bells then running around our bedroom chasing her tail and "dive bombing" us to get attention. If she is very lucky, Charlie cat comes in through the window above the pergola and joins her in crazy half hour.
Once we are fully awake and the morning telephone calls from the villa guests have subsided for a while, Molly has her breakfast with her big brothers (albeit she is behind her "baby gate"), then she washes her paws like Charlie cat has taught her before getting back into our bed for a snooze!
I've just been upstairs to put ironing away and accidentally woken Molly up. She was not happy and gave me a "girl dog" look which told me to go away....... felt like dive bombing her just to get my own back - but she looked so cute, I didn't have the heart!
Still, if we get an hour this afternoon to snooze by the pool between arrivals into villas in Peyia and Coral Bay, I know she'll start barking her "happy song" and want to play.....
