Mothers Day Poaching!

Its a beautiful sunny day here in Peyia and what are we doing to celebrate Mothers Day? Poaching!

Not just any old poaching. Oh no! Thanks to my Mum, my chef, Tony, is using his new "floppy, colourful poachers" , which look totally hilarious but we're assured work brilliantly.

We are both fans of floppy cooking utensils: I use floppy yorkshire pud "tins" and floppy fairy bun holders. This new addition to the floppy family, is very welcome!

Jake is flopped by the pool with Alfie and Molly and Charlie is curled up on the roof of the shed, so we've a chilled out and relaxed family to share this floppy experiment on eggs with , this morning!
