A GREAT Peyia place in the sun!

Today has been very interesting: we've met 5 new families looking to rent a long term villa or apartment in our lovely Peyia village - and we were thrilled to take them around some of the great properties we got to rent for people wanting to live here!

Villa Caliteri View, is a very large and totally gorgeous 3 bed villa, complete with pool AND satellite TV! The views from the villa are second to none and the furnishings, beautiful. I cannot see this one lasting very long before it is taken to be someones home - especially at the low price it is available for !

Gills Place is very unusual : a two bedroomed unfurnished and detached villa, its in a great position in Peyia and offers spacious living accomodation for anyone wanting to come and make a home but needing to rent before they buy. This one is a snip - and the neighbour next door is happy for the tenants to use her pool - though personally, I'd hire a hot-tub and chill with a cool glass of wine as the sunsets!

Loumar is stunning! A one bed apartment in the centre of Peyia, this lovely place makes me wish I were looking for a modern, well positioned , comfortable apartment from which to go to or run my business......and it is SO low priced!

Oh, dear! Think I might have to live in each of them for a month to keep me from feeling jealous- though I'll be very happy for the prospective tenants who move in to these or any of our properties: they've struck gold at low prices and we know they'll be delighted with their Peyia homes in the sun!
