I couldn't invent these stories!

People sometimes ask me how I decide what to blog and the answer is, easy. So much goes on, some of which I cannot put in writing (but am open to bribes of chocolate or wine) and some of which I do put on the blog.

Today has been a great case in point: I couldn't make this stuff up: Susie, who runs our excellent cleaning team, rang me and was very shocked. "You'll have to come to this apartment immediately Lynn", she said. "It looks like the scene from a horror movie"...

Calmly, I answered, "Oh, we know Sue. Its where the attempted murder took place which is why it needs to be cleaned - but don't worry, the victim is in hospital and the would be murderer, locked up".

"Oh!" she said, in complete disbelief at my nonchalance.

Well, these things happen. Even in Peyia - and actually, OFTEN in peyia but thankfully not in our villas or apartments normally!!
